Erich Schiffmann's classes are by far my favorite. There is something about being in the presence of an Awakened One that makes me love myself more. His dharma talks are inspiring, his sequencing intelligent, music selection groovy, and the space to do our own thing? EMPOWERING!!!! The most humble guru ever. His love is POWERFUL and PALPABLE and I feel blessed to take class with him every week!! Xxxoo♥
