Dear Erich,
I want to say Thank you for introducing me to yoga. I have been practicing with your Ali MacGraw tape since 2001 and when my VHS finally died I found your website and joined as a member. I am now taking Yoga Teacher Training at De La Sol Yoga in Hamilton, ON where I have been practicing for a couple of years now. I’m 43 years old and a mother of two boys, five years old and three years old. I don’t think I’d be as healthy and I certainly wouldn’t have been able to make chapter 2 of my adult life possible without yoga. It’s odd to think that I’ve been learning yoga from you for 11 years now and never met you. Someday I’d like to meet you.
