Erich: The other thing I want to keep reminding everybody about, because I keep learning it anew, is always keep going back to the basics.

Yoga. It means, "to yoke," "to join." When you "yoke" and "join," you will experience the already-existing Unity.

So, the word, Yoga, means "join," but it also means "union, Unity."

In easy words, it's about small mind — your sense of self — joining with Big Mind. The more you join with Big Mind, the more you realize, "Oh wow, I'm not actually joining with Big Mind. Big Mind IS my mind."

There's only one Infinite Mind, really. One Consciousness. And, if you are conscious, then that Consciousness is being You. That IS your consciousness.

The easiest way to think about it, talk about it, is the Online Analogy. And, all of this is fun to talk about and get metaphysical about, but try to make it as practical as possible, so that all day long you start getting what Yoga is about.

The easiest way to keep this practical is during the day whenever you need to make a decision about something. Instead of making up your own mind, just quickly Google the answer. Use your mind to Google the Internet of Infinite Mind. Google it! Desire to know whatever you need to know, and then listen, like Milarepa, like Dumbo.

Think less and listen more.

Desire to know whatever you need to know.

Google it and then listen for the answer.

When you do that, you will feel your unity with Infinity.

Your job is to then dare to do whatever you are being guided to do, once you've accessed a bigger Knowing by doing that.

So, that.

We've said this ten million times. We know this. Yes, get familiar with the concept. Be able to talk about it. But, get so familiar with it that you are doing it all the time, until you are no longer tricked into thinking that something else is happening.

The only thing that's happening is The All being all. And that's what you are. You don't actually have to join. You just have to stop thinking you're the "little dweeb" you think you are.

Pay attention to your actual New Now experience. You will feel The All being what you are. It's sort of easy, actually. You don't have to change anything, fundamentally. Just stop believing what you currently believe, and then be with what's left!

What's left is The All being all, already!

And then do it a lot. Do it whenever you have a decision to make.

And what I have been suggesting is that it starts first thing in the morning. When you wake up, pull yourself up to a seated position. I'm not actually suggesting this as a ritual. I've always been resistant to the word, ritual. My Krishnamurti training was, "You don't do rituals." But, go ahead and think of it as a little ritual, as something you do consistently, every morning.

When you wake up, pull yourself up to a seated position...
