The freeform chapter in here is a time wherein we all have the opportunity to practice to the best of our ability. That doesn't mean bendy, bendy, bendy, bendy. It means being courageous enough, as weird as this sounds, to do exactly what you feel like doing. Self-trust. I've said that a lot. Self-trust is the advanced practice. But, in order to get away with doing exactly what you feel like doing, you must learn to detach from your impulsive impulsiveness.
Many of the yoga texts and various scriptures talk about "detachment." Unplug from your conditioning, temporarily, because when you do a deeper impulse is felt. A deeper impulse comes up through you and you feel it as yours. And so, you learn to put a pause on your impulsive impulsiveness, and then dare to do as the deeper feeling is guiding you to do. That's "doing" yoga. That's "you" being yoked with "The Infinite." You will then spontaneously give expression to what you find yourself Knowing, and you will feel enlivened, inspired and increasingly optimistic.
