Hi – I still am having trouble downloading the YTT manual and have been corresponding with your support team. Arthur asked me to submit this ticket so they can help me, so I followed the link and am submitting this now. Below is the text of the email you sent to me.
We are still experiencing problem with download shop currently and everyone is affected. We are working on this with all our resources and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

I purchased the ojai crib collection. I downloaded the Crib Talk Video 2012 and started watching. The audio and video are out of sync. Is there any way to fix that?

I purchased the Yellow Springs videos. I successfully downloaded the Friday and the two Saturday talks. But when I try to download the Sunday talk, I get the message, “Sorry but your download link has expired.”
