Erich: So, one more thing. What I have been saying is that the feeling-tone of Infinity is the ease of Being, and that your real DNA is G-O-D.

Again, just hear that. This is a fundamental idea, like two plus two is four. You have to learn that, at a certain point. "Oh! Two plus two is four. It's not five. It's not three."

Your real DNA is G-O-D. It's not anything other than that.

Therefore, whatever the nature of G-O-D is, is what you should be identifying yourself as. Otherwise, you are going to be walking around as a "three" or a "five" in the middle of a four-world.

So, there is another yoga word you should know. My Sanskrit is not great, but this is one of those fundamental words. Sat-chit-ananda. It's three words that they blended together to make one word because each word in itself wasn't quite depicting the fullness of the meaning. It's a reference to the nature and character of The All, the Life Principle, GOD.

"Sat" means Beingness or Existence, the fact that things are. Sat!

"Chit" means Consciousness or Mind. Blend those two words together and you start to get the sense that wow, the nature of Beingness/Existence is Consciousness or Mind. Life is a conscious experience.

"Ananda" means Bliss or Joy.

Roll those three together and you get the sense of what the people were saying. When you have a clear experience of the truth of Reality, your reality, you will feel the Joy of Conscious Being.

That is easy to remember. The Joy of Conscious Being. Sat, Chit, Ananda.

Start walking around, knowing that, wow, you should be experiencing the Joy of Conscious Being a little bit more than you already are. And if you're not, it's simply because you are blurring your experience with a lot of thinking.

That is why the basic practice is get quiet in your mind. Stop energizing your thinking. Because then what's really true begins to dawn on you. Things like, "My real DNA is G-O-D. The feeling-tone of Infinity is the ease of Being. It feels like the Joy of Conscious Being."

At first, these things may not seem relevant. Then, increasingly, you realize, "Oh, wow, this is so fundamentally relevant. Why didn't I get that earlier?"

The Joy of Conscious Being should be the place that you are coming from more of the time.

And then, when you are not feeling the Joy of Conscious Being, let it red flag you. Let it remind you to do the Conscious Pause, to exhale and relax. Do the Holy Instant. Ask, "What is the truth here, really?" — in order to have a little clearer experience.

If everyone starts having a little clearer experience of whatever is happening, there is going to be more peace on the planet. There is going to be healing happening, instead of everyone getting more and more scared. Especially as we approach Fourth of July, "Oh no! Whoa, whoa!" You watch the news and, man, they throw out all these horrible suggestions about possible futures. Makes exciting news. Scares a lot of people into action.

And so, start doing the practices more.

And remember all it is, is in each new moment that you notice you are in, just relax. Just drop down one degree, even. Just exhale and relax a little.

And do an equivalent sort of thing with your thinking. Put a pause in your commentary. You will find that you are still conscious, and that actually the mist of ignorance begins to evaporate a little bit. You will find yourself having a little clearer understanding about whatever you need to do.

Again, this is cool. You know what I mean? But, it's slippery. It's tricky. You have to do it. And, you're doing something, so you might as well start doing this more. And it's easy, sort of, to put words on: "Relax and shut up. And then pay attention to your New Now experience." But, do it a lot, and do it a lot.

When you find yourself thinking about your health, and your probable future crummy health because of your genetics — and you think you are being accurate, you think you are being smart by projecting a "dire future" — again, learn to put the pause in there and remind yourself, "I've heard the idea that my real DNA is G-O-D. That is what I am really susceptible to. Not just what my grandmother's DNA was." And then relax into the calm of that for a moment.

So, that.

Sat-chit-ananda, the joy of conscious being, what we should all be experiencing a little bit more than we probably are.
