I think we are pretty clear on the theory, right? In simple words: ONLINE ALL THE TIME. And understanding that little statement as a STATEMENT.

YOU ARE ONLINE ALL THE TIME is the simple idea. The practices help you get hip to that fact. "Oh, I AM Online! Oh, I am Online. I am Online!" So, instead of walking around feeling stranded, isolated, vulnerable, realize you are connected, already. The problem is isolation. The solution is joining.

The word, Yoga, remember, means to yoke, to join. In easy words, it is about using your mind to listen, to join, to GET ONLINE. As you do that, as you employ the technique of "joining," then wow, you will start to understand the STATEMENT of the statement.

YOU ARE ONLINE. It IS the fact, no matter what. And then, wow, you simply have to do it, and do it, and do it, and do it, and do it, and do it. And the "doing" of it, remember, is you LISTENING… and you relaxing. It's about you being YOU! It's not so hard. And yet it is not so easy. But it is not so hard. But it is not so easy. But it is not so hard.

ONLINE ALL THE TIME. Start taking that as a STATEMENT.

"Shuttle Approaching - NASA"

Image Credit & Copyright: Image Credit: Space Station Expedition 22 Crew, NASA

Explanation: What's that approaching? Astronauts on board the International Space Station first saw it in early 2010 far in the distance. Soon it enlarged to become a dark silhouette. As it came even closer, the silhouette appeared to be a spaceship. Finally, the object revealed itself to be the Space Shuttle Endeavour, and it soon docked as expected with the Earth-orbiting space station. Pictured above, Endeavour was imaged near Earth's horizon as it approached, where several layers of the Earth's atmosphere were visible. Directly behind the shuttle is the mesosphere, which appears blue. The atmospheric layer that appears white is the stratosphere, while the orange layer is Earth's Troposphere. This shuttle mission, began with a dramatic night launch. Tasks completed during this shuttle's visit to the ISS included the delivery of the Tranquility Module which contained a cupola bay window complex that allows even better views of spaceships approaching and leaving the space station.
