Thank you for introducing me to Erich and for suggesting that I take the workshop. I really had a lovely time, met some very nice people. I had a great time, will do the poses/stretches that I remembered to write down, and, yes, I really, really liked Erich. A lot. I see now what you’ve been trying to say about him all those years.

And, I’m gonna work really hard to convince the other Ogden Palace residents that we need a hot tub, so I can have mornings like Erich’s.

Of all the books written on Yoga, Erich Schiffmann’s book Yoga: The Spirit and Practice of Moving into Stillness most clearly captures the process of Yoga asana practice as a discipline that combines infinite softness and self-awareness with dynamic strength and flow. Hi Erich,

Blitz away…I am looking forward to your return to the Santa Barbara Yoga Center for the Yoga Intensive this winter….I will be there.

Technology is a blessing as I feel no distance between you, the teaching and me. How happy I am to be learning and growing into realizing that BIG Mind is much bigger than I thought.

Thank you for being you and leading a delight way into the wave…it is getting more wavy all the time.

Dear Erich,

I took your class for the first time yesterday at Exhale, and had an incredible experience. During our first meditation (with the eyes open) I was able to see the auras of the other students around me. This has never happened to me before. Your discussion, and teachings are resonating within me and instead of fading with the day have only grown stronger.

Thank you for the beautiful experience. Although I am not sure where it may lead, I believe that yesterday’s class opened a new door for me.
